Mystic Tuning will store your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Marketing emails and updates are opt-in only and can be unsubscribed at any time. Data will only be processed for legitimate purposes, such as fulfilling orders or sending marketing updates where consent has been given. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may however be processed by other companies within our group where necessary for fulfilment or administration.
Mystic Tuning will endeavour to dispatch and deliver products promptly, however delivery times are estimates only. We do not offer any “guaranteed by” delivery service, and delayed delivery alone does not entitle a customer to automatic reimbursement.
Products are carefully packaged and dispatched with appropriate insurance where applicable. In the event products arrive damaged, Mystic Tuning may require evidence and may withhold refund or replacement until any carrier investigation is concluded.
Mystic Tuning complies with all applicable consumer legislation, including UK distance selling rules and the Consumer Rights Act.
